so basically right now like the #1 thing I want to fix is my nose. it is long, and it hooks down a tiny tiny bit. also, it has sebaceous filaments and a lot of acne. the front looks bulbous and its like a bubble if I touch it. I'm kinda like making it seem really really bad but still. I was wondering what I should even do, cause this is my #1 concern rn. also I forgot to add that I know I have to get a nose job when I'm an adult
