My nose shape, hair color, hair texture, etc. is a fundamental part of who I am. It is coded into every cell of my being. Every day I see people who try and take those things and treat them like commodities they can buy and sell. I don't like people taking what is rightfully/naturally mine, and I don't like people treating themselves like blank canvases. It creeps me out a bit, like they have no sense of self and can be brainwashed into anything.

If ethnic men/women idolize European features, that's their problem. I think they'd be better off embracing the most attractive version of their own phenotypes. I don't think the "ethnically ambiguous" look is either good aesthetically or good for their self-image.
