So maybe I can can nose job under medical procedure.

you need cosmetic rhinoplasty its around 7-12k

I checked it out good stuff nose was very big before. However I thought it would bring u up more it just gave like a +.2 IMO.

Yes I have seen robs video you get less then advertised cause of the angle .

OP surgery-wide solution is thinning nose of the skin with spot application of a cosrticosteroid, used correctly (four weeks maximum), it should give you some results if your problem is thick skin
