Nose pre puberty

Had a straight nose at 13-14, now as i got older it grew bigger and is downturned, i also noticed around 17 my nose tip got bigger, could this be just puberty? i also had braces but no extractions were made

my nose was straight and longish i acc liked it a lot, now my tip has grown and went downwards kinda annoyinf
