maybe accutane will help a bit, I have the same problem, and i will get rhinho as soon as i turn 18 and my parents really agree with it cause my sister did it too jfl. I'll try to convince them before i turn 18, like next year or sm.

nah bro, fat dissolvers won’t really do anything for the nose since it’s mostly cartilage and bone, not fat. hydrocortisone can reduce post-op swelling a bit, but it’s not gonna permanently shrink size either. only real reduction comes from surgical stuff, rhinoplasty or bimax if your midface is recessed. if it’s mostly puffiness or bulbous tip from inflammation, you can try low-dose retinoids or radiofrequency tightening, but don’t expect miracles. just wait till after bimax before judging proportions, nose usually looks smaller once the midface is projected properly.
