accutane can reduce sebaceous gland prominence and therefore the overall size of the nose as well. food for thought. hydrocortisone is good but not permanent whereas accutane can give permanent results albeit minimal if the problem area doesn't affect you significantly

yeah I'd only really recommend using accutane if you already have terrible acne, not just for shrinkage of the nose
