Nose shortening

Is there any way or i have to keep in mind that LF3 or death?
My nose is pretty okay, i guess shorter than Lachowski, but i have short philtrum (11mm around?) and would like to shorten it a little bit by any cost (except LF3, im pussy and wont get that), i know about upward nose bridge but its not really solution for me.

thats why i dont ask about leforts since i will never get it, im just hoping there is any kind surgery what can help me with nose, its my one of very few flaws.
