Im already growing moustache to fraud lip width + im on taz rn for deinflamated nose

Should i js get on accutane to shrink nose + is there any other way to softmaxx shrink nose and is there any way to increase lip width (through out any means , even hydration hacks help lmk)

I got some clobetasol for my eczema that shit is good, haven't tried on my nose consistently tho.

if im not mistaken, doesn't a palate expander increase your mouth width?
