I have sebaceous filaments on my nose and it concerns me that if I don’t get treatment or either exfoliate them it will bring my attractiveness down overtime. Do sebaceous filaments have any relation to the fat on your nose? My nose is also vulnerable to oil more than the rest of my face, which makes my nose more eye catching to others.
