Does Nose tape have any benefits at all? i was considering getting them to help my breathing when im sleeping cause my nose usually gets blocked. Are there any other benefits?

i can get some from amazon for $14 pack of 60 so its not too too bad, i still wanna know if its worth my money though

This isnt about nose tape but.

I used to get blocked nose when i was eating anything my parents wouldve bought. Ive changed to eating clean and havent gotten blocked nose unless i have a cheat day. Thats how i found out it was from the shit i was eating. Also pretty sure one of ur nose will always slightly be blocked because of some fluid, but back when i was eating whatever my nose would get raped and sometimes both are blocked. Hopefully this helps.
