You should focus on getting rid of those blackheads first as they're literally visibly increasing your nose size

ngl i take like 600mg ashwaganda with magnesium before sleeping and it does help me sleep deeper, might just be a placebo JFL but does feel like its helping me get better rest and i tend to wake up slightly less bloated. i find it works alright if u take it like 15-20 mins before bed. isnt some insane life changing thing u wont rly even feel anything i js noticed better sleep

Here's a pic of me at a festival after my last proper cut. Very lean here probably < 10% bf. Idk if you can see properly but nose tip is still quite bulbous.

As some others have mentioned in the thread cause is likely due to enlarged pores/blackheads. Products mentioned in my post only cost about £15 total so its not too much of an issue if it doesnt work.
