nose to mouth ratio

what is the issue with my nose to mouth ratio is it my nose thats to broad or my mouth thats too narrow
also can someone morph me with a thinner nose and also me with a broader mouth (not in the same photo i want it in 2 different pictures)

You can get lip filler for the lower lips
And to reduce upper lip size, an upper lip lift is ideal.

yea i mean im 16 so thats gonna be hard but is my mouth not too narrow? i feel like theyre almost the same width and i think its unideal thanks for your response
