if you have any form of acne once you remove it, it'll slightly thin out, then at that point if its still bad just get. a rhinoplasty with a good surgeon

If you have a oily nose. Running a 4 month cycle for SOME people can PERMANENTLY shrink the sebacious glands shrinking your nose. If you got a normal nose accutane can shrink the nose for 2 years. If you combine this with hydrocortisone it could be enough that you do not need a rhino
