Accutane can shrink it a little. But don't really recommend hopping on if you don't have acne. There was another 'thing' that have similar effect in shrinking the nose but I forgot what it is, maybe someone else who knows it can tell you.

dont listen to some of these freaks, debloating can do a lot for ur nose if you have a kinda fleshy nose debloating cutting sugar and carbs out of ur diet and generally being in a caloric deficit will make your nose less fleshy bit if you have a big nose where u can basically see the bone through nothing can really help except surgery
