I'd say nosebreathing will help you reach genetic potential.
So if your potential was dogshit from the start, than yes it doesn't matter.
But if you have good genes nosebreating and proper oral posture is worth it imo

My airways are so big I can walk around in Corona mask without a problem. Never had sleep apnea and when I first got aware of mewing it seemed natural to have my tongue on palate.
