This one is lipolab, you inject it to remove the fat there and slim the nose, works well for nose tip i think

Scam. You only need a rhino if your jaw is smaller than your nose. Basically, if you have a big jaw and a big nose, it's fine since they go together but if you have an average jaw and a big nose, you might want to reduce the size of the nose since you can't grow the jaw.

Fat dissolvers in your nose could work, but super fucking risky. Not worth potentially going blind IMO. Just get a rhinoplasty at that point.
