I am starting to lock back in and getting shit done and all of a sudden I get hit with nostalgia of when I was happy.
One of the most important things as a man is functioning when you are not happy, and detaching yourself from the outcome.
Nostalgia gives you the illusion you are comfortable, I see it as sub conscious sabotage.
I have the urge to put on some sad music and think of where it all went wrong and have self pity for myself, but I wont.
