Never agree to help any foid in rl, that proves you understand black pill thoroughly and fight against your biological programming to be a stepping stone for others and biological programming to never refuse to help when a foid asks for help. It made sense a few centuries ago to be helpmaxxing when foids needed help for several reasons, because ppl lived in small communities and if you actually acted nice, youd benefit from it one way or another. Today however it is completely useless and actually being a jackass if you help a foid that you dont smash. Its very simple, you only help if youre smashing her already and not before it.

All you need is a good excuse to not look like a pathetic egotistic trash, just say something like "oh Im sorry, Im already very late to an appointment, I gotta hurry really hard, dont even have 1 spare minute". If she asks what appointment and whatnot, you either say- "its a long story" or make something up like appointment at doctors office or smth like that.

You will feel high T and way better after you refuse to help a random foid that asks you for help, trust me when I tell you that. First- you will feel high T that you were able to blatantly lie into her face, 2nd that you resisted the biological simp programming, 3rd- because you had the balls to ignore the thot and didnt act like a thirsty simp rushing for help the second she asks you for help.

I refused to help a foid with a child once, she was on a bicycle with the child sitting on the rear seat. She was riding slowly behind me I was walking in front like 10m or so and she screamed a couple of times "excuse me...", I acted like I didnt hear it and kept walking. She mustve wanted me to help take out some parcel for her most likely from the Amazon container station. But I was thinking to myself- "why dont you ask your childs father for help, thot?" Im quite sure it was a single mom, because otherwise her man couldve collected the parcel easily after work or so. Another thing too is- she basically planned from the beginning before she drove there with the bicycle that she is going to ask some man for help out of comfort, so that she doesnt have to get off the bicycle with the child etc. and someone will take the parcel for her and hand it over to her or smth like that. I was thinking to myself- its ok, there will be some normie simp who will help her out anyways, plus it wasnt anything important anyways. In fact she couldve done everything by herself too, she'd just have to do more steps to get the same result, but out of comfort she'd rather ask someone to do it for her.

Felt higher T after ignoring her ngl. Women that are not attracted to a dude, wont even register that man as a human being most of the time, yet when they need help from that same man, they will get all chatty and act friendly or even flirty and shit. But only for as long as it takes for you to help them, after that the guy is invisible in her world again. Im not supporting that kind of degenerate behavior.

The only 2 situations to help a foid is either if she pays you for what you do or youre smashing her already. Not in any other case. Only exception is family.
