A guy with wide clavicles and a small waist that has normal muscle mass just like every other guy at the gym.

Not looking natty is all about bone structure.

Normies cope with this bc they think they can just blast roids to make up for their shitty boneless frames.

I got called unnatty by a normie bc I’m tall and wide framed. I nearly sperged and wanted to ask him to take off his shirt on the spot to physically point to his shitty narrow clavicles. Man just lol at that moment

Meanwhile framelets like BGM prolly never got called unnattyy. Bc even with ur muscle mass u still look like a normie black guy who works out occasionally (to foids ofc)

I’ve been blasting and cruising for 5 years and sometimes I even still get asked if I go to the gym JFL.

holy shit it’s so funny how insecure normies actually are. This 5’7 60kg guy who was popular at my school said i had shit genes when i was much taller than him and had a much better frame too

Your muscle size, vascularity and bf determines if you’re natty most of the time. Plus building muscle around your scapula will almost certainly widen your frame, not to mention potential bone growth due to androgen receptor stimulation ( your clavicle, scapula and rib cage fuse in your 20s) and gives you that dry vascular look with 3d delts.

Case in point: Jon Skywalker. He doesn’t really have a good frame but when he was cycling, he looked very unnatty due to his muscle definition, volume and level of leanness with an average frame.
