if youre not swelling then it's because youre not hitting yourself hard enough. If it hurts slightly when you do it then you aree swelling but since youre black you can't tell probably boneless aswell

if youre not swelling then it's because youre not hitting yourself hard enough. If it hurts slightly when you do it then you aree swelling but since youre black you can't tell probably boneless aswell

Well I don't think I'm boneless but it does hurt where I bonesmashed don't see a difference tho
