NT low iq parents

the iq difference between my parents and me is vast, they think syringes and glp's are bad for you and nothing that good can be true. It's also impossible to speak to these people because they think they're correct about everything when they're clearly not, they believe facebook slop, cant stand living with these people for any longer than I have to, is there any ND's that have to cope live with their NT parents.
