I had same problem firstly copy nt people's intrest. Listen more and talk less, talk more about others than yourself. Ask for little favors if your in school and when your ready start small talks it lowers inhibit. Don't goon fucks up your brain. If doesn't work use inhibitor lowering things like mdma or alcohol. (Mark as solution)
