Numb hands, arms

I started to sleep better and my health is better but i get numb hands when i sleep now? (before my sleeping was very bad but now its very good)

could this be acromegaly or gigantism coming? my father has this too and his bones are very thick

i dont have diabetes or any chronic conditions

i am not taking anything

i didnt use to get this that bad it all started when i began sleeping better
