I need help with meeting macro/micro nutrients. This is my average meal layout:

Breakfast (7:00) - 2 eggs, banana, glass of milk

School (12:30) - Fruit that is available (always has banana, two kiwis, and 3 carrots (the carrots are not in the box))

Lunch (4:00) - Bowl of white rice, 4 oz of 90% lean ground beef (occasionally switched out with 4 oz of salmon), and half an avocado

Dinner (7/8:00) - Oatmeal in milk + banana

What should I add or change?

stop eating so much fruit bro

stay the fuck away from oatmeal, change beef to 30% fat, stop eating rice you already have fruit you dont need complex carbs

needs more animal products and fat

More protein 3g of protein for 1 kg bodyweight

Also what's a good replacement for rice cause ground beef is kinda mid on its own
 
eat more eggs. 2 is not really anything significant in terms of nutrition. aim for 5 or more. i usually do 6. also maybe add some more calcium. you could add some cheese to your eggs or beef. 2 cups of milk isnt really cutting it for calcium :heart:
thats all i can think of rn. keep on eating a kiwi a day tho great for vitamin c and vitamin k1.

nothing wrong with alot of fruit if its well sourced, im inferring that ur fruit isint organic so in that case your just eating lots of pesticides.

oats are terrible bro just anti nutrients, fiber and sugar 0 nutritional value as well

k1 isint bioavailable to the human body

humans cant convert k1 to k2.

I would recommend just making it into burgers and adding cheese, way more enjoyable and your not eating dry overcooked dogfood

also, do not listen to the ppl saying u need to hit 180g protein, especially promoting reaching that by eating a synthetic powder.

140-180g is good for his weight
 
isnt k1 good for blood? k1 and k2 both have different purposes. and k1 is not found in many foods except some leafy greens and kiwi.
k2 does everything k1 does and more

if they had different purposes, the body wouldn’t immediately try and convert k1–>k2.
