Nutrition is probably the most interesting thing

But my advice now is to download an Ai with access to the internet such as Co-pilot, or Gemini and Start asking questions like "What are the health benefits to X Food? How might X Food be unhealthy? Are there any studies that prove Y? How was that study conducted?"
I don’t think it’s smart to rely on ai when it comes to diet

Ai doesn’t know how to properly read studies

Ai is very good at giving you general knowledge and pointing you to specific studies when required.

When you read those studies, Ai is useful for explaining terms and things you need to know to understand the study. It's also extremely useful for fact checking information in a study, because sometimes authors will lie or intentionally leave out information.

But when it comes to nutrition, no human has the time to read every study. You have to rely on Ai to a degree. If you ask a question like "What's the glycemic index of carrots", to Co-pilot, you have no reason to doubt its answer and require reading a study for it. Or, what are the health benefits of "broccoli"?

If you want to read studies on top of it, you can, and I do, but you have to develop intuition about when it's a good idea to read the study and when you can trust the Ai (Or google search or whatever). Do NOT trust youtubers or other content creators.

The important thing here is time efficiency because you physically can not read every study on nutrition.
