-processed foods are very unjustly demonized
-low bf% = everything
-low carb becomes a downwards spiral of losing the ability to process carbs
-you can adapt to "highly inflammatory processed foods" if you stay low bf
-clean diets are subhuman, processed foods are like exercise for your body, they improve your digestion ability ^

-nutrients dont matter, nutrient deficiencies can be solved by multivitamins. high nutrients are the most overhyped idea in nutrition
-seed oils concerns arent real. plant oils are processed to mimic animal fat. Everything ive seen shows the health impact of seed oils being equal to meat
##the only truth on the topic of proc foods is it might make you overweight
**notice how biological damaged high bf subhumans complain that "fast food makes me feel like shit". People who regularly eat eat it feel fine because they are adapted.

Getting your money extracted because you think nutrients matter, LOL! If meat was less expensive I would be ok with it.
seed oil is cheaper and tastes better, protein powder made meat redundant
 
diet really isn't that important

just don't eat way too much/little and don't eat the same thing all the time which doesn't give all nutrients

just don't eat way too much/little and don't eat the same thing all the time which doesn't give all nutrients
the food just needs trace amounts of x nutrient and your body absorbs it to fix the deficiency, its that simple. Theres small amounts of protein in everything.
theres small amounts of minerals in fruit.
