This thread wont have sources/research papers, or even pngs, because nobody bothers to read them anyways,
but I wanted to quickly break down why gymmaxxing, when done optimally, is bad for looksmaxxing/heightmaxxing.
Gymmaxxing optimizes protein intake, at the cost of everything else.
It optimizes lifts, and energy IN the gym, as opposed to a balanced diet optimized for health.
in order to properly gymmaxx, at the gymcel level, you have to be in the gym for 2+ hours everyday, and consume 150+ grams of protein everyday.
This all but forces you to only consume things like eggs, ground beef, and chicken breast.
If you’re really dumb, you get most of your protein from protein shakes, which provides 0 nutritional value aside from the protein(obviously).
In puberty specifically, this type of low variety diet affects your development massively.
Without the nutrients your body needs to survive, you will not grow optimally.
I implore all of you young gymmaxxers to try and expand your diet.
Include things like
Beef Liver
Beans
Nuts
Dates
Apricots
Olives
Sardines
Oysters
Clams
Berries
Milk
Yogurt
Different cheeses
Expanding your diet and the amount of vitamins and minerals you consume is unbelievably important when it comes to looksmaxxing and heightmaxxing.
TLDR:
Don’t be dumb, stop slamming pre workout and protein shakes and actually eat a varied diet.
It will max your looks.
