Last were i was eating a lot of liver and kiwi fruit (insane vitamin C) and every fucking body told me that i was looking way more young and better

Now i am eating sugar as fuck and i look like shit again

Not all of us are incels, I came on here because I wanted my skin to be even better than it already is.

Currently taking 2000mg liposomal vit c, 24mg astaxanthin and eating spirulina daily.

The only sugar you take should be from fruits, only twinks eat twinkies.
 
Take very seriously the things that can negatively affect your skin. It’s no joke.

1.5 years ago I had perfect skin. I was 29 and I looked 20. Literally my skin hadn’t changed in almost a decade.

Then depression happened. I ate like shit. I had many, many sleepless nights. Constantly squinting and frowning due to stress. Lots of cortisol. Didn‘t wash it anywhere near enough.

Now, 1.5 years later at 30, and I look like I’m almost 40. It destroyed my face. A few bad habits, too consistently for too long, can steal away your god-given genetics.

Don‘t make the same mistakes.

It’s legit, don’t forget to supplement with other antioxidants as well but don’t overdo it either.
 
You need everything for good skin

I mean every nutrition and minerals
