Nutritionmaxxing during puberty, and even during early 20's is essential. Here's a 3-day nutrition plan for you, guys

Day 1

Breakfast


4 whole eggs
1 banana
30g of cashew nuts

Lunch

150g of sardines
300g of sweet potato fries
Seasoning : garlic, pepper, salt, coriander

Snack

30g of macadamia nuts
30g of 90% dark chocolate
1 banana

Diner

150g of lamb liver
100g of basmati rice
Seasoning : onion, pepper, salt, curry



Day 2

Breakfast


20g of grassfed butter
100g of chestnut/coconut pancakes
3tb of Honey


Lunch

150g of beefsteak
400g of carrot puree
Seasoning : garlic, pepper, salt, mustard

Snack

50g of dates
30g of brazil nut
2 whole eggs

Diner

100g of red lentils
100g of basmati rice
Seasoning : pepper, salt, paprika




Day 3

Breakfast


100g of buckwheat groats
30g of cashew nuts
1 banana
20g of 90% dark chocolate


Lunch

150g of poultry
400g of broccoli puree
Seasoning : garlic, pepper, salt, cloves

Snack

50g of bacon/sausages
10g of grassfed butter

Diner

150g of salmon
150g of basmati rice
A half avocado
Seasoning : algae, wasabi, ginger

Too many carbs, I'm on keto in order to lowbodyfatmaxx
 
Boil and cool normal potatoes to turn the starch type to resistant starch. Potatoes are one of the most nutrient dense foods. Tons of Vitamin C and almost every other Vitamin & Mineral. Add Almonds, Blueberries and Kale.

Only other foods with resistant starches are lentils, green bananas, legumes

For the rest your diet is pretty solid. Bananas are kinda shit as a fruit though. Better eat kiwi/blueberry/orange. I do think the amount of calories and protein is kinda low, I would starve on your diet tbh. i don't see how this can amount up to 2000 or more calories and nearing 150grams of protein.
 
Overeating during puberty is everything , if you were underweight during puberty your parents are bad people

Kiwi and oranges are great for vitamin C, otherwise they're not so incredible. Banana is a good source of B6, magnesium, copper and potassium, so that's why i added it to the diet.

If it's not enough to fill you, just make bigger portions

TOR is extra sensitive to amino acids. So whoever theorized that a high protein income during puberty would help, is probably onto something.
