2 days worth of fat (500g). Cheapest is fat trimmings. Delicious is butter with raw honey.

After starvation you need recovery from unsupported detox and cellular death, so both fat and protein to activate cellular division, and muscle meat is the only healer (organ focuses on that organ primarily), so muscle meat plus fat.

So, this is how you can be optimized. Excess fat before starving. Muscle meat after starving.

I would suggest then drink liquid calories in the morning too. along with your meal

full fat greek yogurt, fruit, honey, peanut butter etc. It will be less satiating so you can drink it with food and an easy way to get extra calories in while fasting.

Non toxic fat is easy to eat
0 grain natural fed rendered sheep fat I can seallow without water.
Raw wild boar fat is succulent and actually delicious, where even that non toxic sheep fat pales in comparison because it has no taste
Butter with raw honey is super delicious
Raw cream is super delicious,vesp if added to kefir

I eat ever 5 hours, 3 meals normal, rest is fat pieces
