if ur fat/obese, u have literally no fucking excuse. All you need to do is put down the fork and just hit the gym consistently everyday.
Yall have strength for heavy weights = early muscle build up
You literally already have muscles and a good base. Just need to lose the fat.

Compared to us skinny guys who have to eat even if we have to vomit, eat eat and eat and workout with skinny arms that cant even lift 5 kg dumbbells at first while you obese retards go 60 kg on bench on the first fucking day.
Skinny people have it worse

The consensus within the literature is that obese individuals have reduced maximum muscle strength relative to body mass in their anti-gravity muscles compared to non-obese persons (Abdelmoula et al. 2012; Blimkie et al. 1990; Hulens et al. 2001; Lafortuna et al. 2005; Maffiuletti et al. 2007, 2008; Rolland et al. 2004; Delmonico et al. 2009). This effect on an obese individual is shown to increase the risk of developing osteoarthritis (Slemenda et al. 1998) and potentially cause functional limitations especially in the elderly (Visser et al. 2005). Evidence suggests that high levels of adiposity may impair agonist muscle activation in the young (Tomlinson et al. 2014a), adding to or perhaps leading to the functional limitation of low strength relative to body mass.

sorry i am from afghanistan so m around 47 iq, what does it mean
fat people are weaker on average than non-fat people.

every obese american thinks they're going to be 190 lbs lean, reality is that's not going to happen unless you've been lifting for several years even if you're above 6 feet.

Can confirm I lifted more than my 240lb friend when I was 165lbs

this study is relative to body mass, but it's by such a significant margin that might very well be the case.

yea but fuck being fat

I used to think that way but actually fat people have lower T and worse insulin sensitivity that makes them build muscle and strength more difficult
