if ur fat/obese, u have literally no fucking excuse. All you need to do is put down the fork and just hit the gym consistently everyday.
Yall have strength for heavy weights = early muscle build up
You literally already have muscles and a good base. Just need to lose the fat.
Compared to us skinny guys who have to eat even if we have to vomit, eat eat and eat and workout with skinny arms that cant even lift 5 kg dumbbells at first while you obese retards go 60 kg on bench on the first fucking day.
