so 2nd place besides whites

also im white EE (not slavic but med looking with roman ancestry) and in the US, currently, its NO difference at ALL between me and some other western european ppl, especially in the eyes of non white women

Not as simple. There are archtypes and phenotypes as stated in previous. A PSL 4 could look high class which boost smv, A psl 4 could be strong looking and weak looking. Some ethnicity may be able to handle looking weak more easily while some being strong looking favour mores. Also, factors that black get away with being bald more easily vs white maybe.

Based on races + archtypes + phenotypes. a certain pheno could pass 2 or more looks such as jock, villian or etc. While certain pheno of same race could only pass as cuck or comedian. Its lot more complex than list you have. Which for general use is not good either imo. Way too many exceptions exist.
