a obo is very very risky and probally the most scary surgery imo

your esr is to narrow so youd have to get a custom plate this would be very expensive

I see, I’ve read threads about modified obo and the price being around 30k I believe. It was something I thought I could maybe pull off given my ipd/esr is the biggest flaw everyone has pointed out. If there was something else I could get what would you recommend?
