OBO or Lefort 2

In a case where you actually need them both, (Obo because 29-30 icd, 129-130 bizygo, 63 Ipd/Lefort because literally lacking upper maxilla), which one is more important ? More width or more forward growth ?

Objectively, I need both, but I’m looking for the one giving the most ROI. I can’t imagine myself getting both

I do. My face looks bloated and fat especially in the lower part (i'm not overweighted) due to downgrown maxilla. I hope fixing that maxilla problem would move the soft tissues forward and give more angularity to my face

Depends how flat ur maxilla and what ur midface ratios are
