Horrible movie, would not recommend.

Bear did nothing wrong, he's a cringe character but he's not vicious in any way. It's funny seeing Normies hate on him for not killing himself earlier as if any one of those virtue signalling moral fags would have had the guts to take their own lives to save someone else's life.

Doesn't change the fact that he did nothing wrong. He's a low IQ clown but he did nothing wrong

The average org user is not killing himself to save the life of another woman, had the average org user been in his position they would have known that Nikki only didn't reciprocate his feelings due to his physical appearance

No one asked him to kill himself, but he willingly kept her captive knowing she wasnt even herself.

When she says kill me, he says “whats so wrong about being wwith me” then leaves.

When he finds out shes not herself and its the wish, he fucks her anyways, which is based, but objectively wrong and rape

He clearly wanted to alter the wish, he wasn't smart enough to escape her soon enough and when he finally found a way his friend just made a wish for a billion dollars instead.

How would someone as unintelligent as Bear even get rid of the body if he were to kill her like she wished? And from his perspective it looked like Nikki was saying she would rather die than be with him

why do they even praise that retarded slop movie in the first place :feelswhy:

Low IQ and they're peer pressured by others to enjoy it. Normies are subconsciously terrified of being socially excluded

Exactly he wanted to alter the wish instead of get rid of it at first. Showing he doesnt really care about nikki as an individual, he just wants her as his personal object.

Imagine someone forcing you to love them.

He couldve called the police or even made any attempt to actually stop her. Instead he still wanted her to lose her autonomy and love him. From his perspective it looked like nikki was saying she would rather die than be with him? Thats a insecure perspective , to immediately make it about himself.

I think anyone with common sense or an ounce of empathy would realise you wouldnt want to be a passenger in your own body. She lost her ability to do anything but love him. He can clearly see how the wish was making her tweak tf out.

He did care about her, he literally killed himself just to save her when he easily could have killed her instead. And what's wrong with wanting Nikki as an individual to love him? You're telling me you wouldn't do the same thing if you loved a foid and she didn't love you back? Keep in mind all his "friends" were constantly talking over him and undermining him at every oppurtunity, he had no one in his life who truly liked him so him forcing someone to like him is understandable.

The police wouldn't have believed him and even if they did imagine how that would end up for him and Nikki. And he did make an attempt to stop her later on but his friend wished for a billion dollars and he killed himself later on to save her.

Making it about himself is the natural perspective, not only are human beings naturally self serving but Nikki is one of the only people he truly has. It is an insecure perspective to worry about being loved in that situation, I agree with you on that but what I'm saying is that he's not evil. Imagine if you loved a Woman for 2 years, finally got her and she begs you to kill her. Surely that would cause a bit of inner turmoil, no? And in the end he took his own life for her, the biggest form of love is sacrificing yourself for someone else.

I never said he was evil. I said he did something wrong which isnt the same thing

The fact he eventually sacrificed himself proves he cared about nikki, ok sure. But caring about someone doesnt justify violating their autonomy. You keep saying that hes understandable and i agree hes lonely and desperate to be loved, like .org users ;). That explains why he acted the way he did but it doesnt make the actions morally right. Its like saying elliot rodgers actions were okay because they are “understandable”.

The moment he realizes nikkis love isnt real and is being forced by the wish, he has a choice. He can prioritise niikkis freedom or his own desire to be loved. And obviously he makes it about himself.

You keep bringing up that he eventually killed himself for her. That’s a redeeming act but not proof that everything beforehand was okay. A good action later doesnt erase a bad action earlier. Asking “wouldn’t you do the same?” isn’t a moral argument. Loads of people would make selfish choices in Bear’s situation. That doesn’t suddenly make those choices right.

For a period of time he loved the idea of being loved more than he respected Nikkis freedom to choose

yup thats what i said after i watched it, there is no fucking way people are mad at the guy. this movie was obviously created as a tactic to shame young men for wanting to be loved.

Only movies I like are Europa: The Last Battle and Birth of a Nation
