What is wrong with my eyes? i see these lines and i hate them any help or do i need a surgery to fix it? if i do what is the surgery lol

i’ve been saving, idek that’s what they are called ty for helping me i’ll look into a surgery to maybe change the fat pads

Recessed infraorbitals or lack of fat.

blepharoplasty would help but implants would be the absolute best case scenario, expensive though
