Typically arranged marriages or family set ups. If in the West, some casually date some low tier white woman or curry foid (or black if they're a Black Gulf Arab, yes there are lots of them), then go back to a virgin Arab woman, or take the former route.

Plenty of Levant and North African women (because of their light skin and beauty) marry Gulf Arab men for their money.

Not all Gulf Arabs are rich however nobody is in poverty. Even NEETs live like a typical middle-class family from the UK.
