What’s up lads

I’m officially a hardmaxxer
And all I can say is fillers fucking mog

And before some motherfucker starts bitching about migration, I’ve researched and mitigated my risks to a high extent.. I’ve received no more than 3mL per region, and have gone with a highly experienced surgeon.

I got 1.5mL in the midface and 1.5mL in the mandible(will probably get another 1.5mL in 2-3Weeks via surgeons recommendations..

Here is what I got done below:

Point #1: Restylane Lyft injected deep into the bone mogs and looks like actual bone..

Zygomatic lateral and anterior filler..
I noticed more buccal hollow due to the lateral projection casting a shadow, and the filler looks very similar to real bone. Very subtle but necessary, no one noticed any differences in my face, only people that haven’t seen me in a while noted I look sharper and more angular, to which they describe as leaner.

This relies heavily on the surgeon to know what you want. I am lucky to have found a very local surgeon who is particularly specialized in maxillofacial surgery.. he understood very well what I wanted especially because I did too. And he complimented by understanding of facial anatomy. He does implants but is very talented in injecting, and was able to inject deep(at bone level) and distribute evenly according to what I asked for and according to what he recommended)

#2: gonial filler
This shit mogs so hard boys. Only .5mL per side, considering my mandible is already very wide and just needed some refinement, adding filler and placing it not for lateral width but for a more tapered injection downwards(toward neck), to produce a sharp edge at the gonial point. From the side profile this stretches the skin and fat and produces a sharper jawline especially with a well projected mandibular protuberance, it’s impossible to not have a giga sharp jawline considering you’re at a low body fat %

From the front my lower third looks super sharp and angular and ascended me more than my cheekbone fillers..
cheekbones were my weak point but it truly goes to show that perfecting the mandible, (the most masculine part of the face) is the most impactful thing you can do .

brutal bro worst places to do filler, changing vertical height in jaw has highest migration of any place in jaw. Only safe space is for lateral angularity and anywhere in the midface is shit. Your gonna look good for max 6 months

You are no better than middle aged female celebraties who get filler and end up looking like shit because of migration. Also filler isn't hardmaxxing

it’s no more than 3mL

All those influencers look significantly better than before, after injecting fillers by the way

The tear trough area and lips is generally considered the most likely to migrate.

Migration is inevitable, but if injected in low amounts in a short time span, the injecting of HA filler will not botch you.

filler mogs aesthetically, the issue is that you'll need to top up every X years; the filler flattens. It's physics. Over time, it will be over the face, ct scans show how migration is a real thing. Bone resorption is also real. Lymphatic drainage will be less efficient and over time, you'll look less chiseled bc of that, causing you to need more filler.

Filler mogs in the short term, but for long-lasting results, custom peek implants are best, although that also has its own set of issues.

Bro you’re too afraid to take a small risk don’t project. If youre right I’ll admit it in a few months and fix the problem and receive implants from the same guy.

My surgeon is top quality. We both understands the risks. And mitigated them properly..

Please be real… how is volume spread out across your zygomatic plane the size of a blueberry and a half going to ruin your face? Same for half a blueberry on each gonial..?

Totally. I have been open with the surgeon about my future pursuit of implants and he is on board. Thanks for your very realistic input. Most people just say that you’re fucked the second you put a sliver of filler inside of you.. that’s just not realistic

yeah, only issue is that some surgeons, rightly so, prefer to operate on clean filler-free faces.

Thoughts on chin filler? Where could it even migrate to

If you add too much and do over a long period it can start to migrate to your under ch in area giving a turkey neck to double chin affect

Update.

Might’ve fucked up boys lmao

I added bigonial and bizygomatic width thus fucking up my facial width to height ratio…

I believe I might dissolve and add more anterior mass instead..
Getting recommendations to wait two weeks, for swelling to go away completely.. kinda fucked up as I might throw some money away but it’s the risk we take during this kind of looksmaxxing.

I’ve been kind of mentally going thru it cause this was very important to my goal.. but now I’m unfortunately gonna have to delay mogging another two or so weeks.

Once I put my skincare thru and get dressed to go out and my hair fixed up, I’m actually able to go outside though at least

The individual regions look so good though, it’s just on my face it makes me look like a big square.. my surgeon is pretty knowledgeable and should get an idea of what to do because I’d only have to dissolve like 0.50 - 1mL per side depending on Where

On the bright side they gifted me a syringe for free so if anything, the gonial filler was a free experiment

Ah for fuck sakes man I guess I’ll just save for the implant

It’s really not that risky.
Implants are more striking though

Migration happens if you do more than 3mL in a given region and don’t do this for more than a couple years

keep us updated on how they look

whether they dull out and if you dissolve or redo

people fear monger filler too much.

It’s looking better today actually…

Face looks slimmer mostly cause I’ve fixed my diet combined with swelling going down. I still might dissolve a tiny bit just to add more anterior volume for the zygomas..

Also gonna get chin filler for a more masculine shape, and projection.

Already speaking to the surgeon about custom implants next year after I turn 21, which would consist of gonial implants, zygomatic implants for mostly anterior projection, and chin implant after I finish my Invisalign.

My current mandibular structure is fair in projection. But over frame and angularity is weak. The bone structure of your mandible is very important. You can have low nody fat percentage but still look round overall due to lack of projection and sharpness of the gonials and no shape / narrowing in the chin.

My goal is to have a front profile of the mandible much like the one below,
