well my gym doesnt even have options for weigths on machines below 20kg
prob bc i live in a shithole but i feel like those barriers of entry repel the weaker types of people from spoiling the overall enviroment of a place
like that same gym imo has the most strongest people in the city if i would have to compare it to otehr ones(not like i went to another gym tbh lol)
