sadly not getting as much hepatic igf1 conversion in the liver as its not getting passed much to the liver but rather to tissues.

BUT ALL GOOD, ur liver doesnt rlly need that much insulin to properly output hgh, insulin is more so just an amplification to bioavilible igf1 and since its getting right into bloodstream first highest concentration going into fat, muscle, and bone insulin receptors
