if i swish cocunut oil arounf my mouth for 20 mins a day is that enough to reverse yellow teeth or what else should i do
it would be alongside brushing twice a day w toothpaste

Brush ur teeth without toothpaste too like what i do is i do brush m teeth in morning and then after that immediately i do without toothpaste same in night and chew gums they help a lot

and especially brush ur teeth with flouride free teeth whitening toothpaste

can't do strips yet as under 18 ur teeth will corrode from them

i dont use strips too expensive asf but i do other things tho they benefit u too
