Most basic haircut that will not add anything to your attractiveness, might be a looksmin. I will not tell you to take dick killing drugs to save your hair. Try other natural ways even if they might seem cope.
As for the hair yeah hairline is kinda high so I suggest a hairstyle that will cover your forehead. Try growing it out for like 4 months until it falls on your forehead

stick with the basic stuff, fin, minox or dut if you feel like you should. That's more than enough to track down baldness for most men. Maybe one anti androgen like RU if that's not enough.
