agree with you 100%, on most of the things you wrote here. There's no point fighting with eachother. None of it matters.
Consistency, discipline, effort and the ability to adapt matters with anything. Also ruthless tracking. If you are not ruthlessly tracking your looksmaxxing progress, like with Excel spreadsheets over time and literally A/B testing things over time, then you'll never know what works for you. I can only state what I believe are the highest ROI areas to focus on, and they are.
Leanmaxxing.
Maintaining 12-15% bodyfat year round. Measuring your waist. If over 33", CUT! Take pictures and see when your jaw and cheekbones pop.
Skinmaxxing:
SPF50+ every single day. 2x reapply if needed. Doesn't matter what the weather's like. Just do it.
Tretinoin. 0.025% - 0.1%. A few times a week, see how much your skin can tolerate.
Hairmaxxing:
Styling your hair for your face shape. Keeping length and density. Keep it well hydrated and maintained. Can take just as much effort as something like the gym.
Stylemaxxing:
Finding whatever clothes style works for you. Old money works for me. Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Savoy Taylors guild. Fluffy+Baggy can work if you like. Keeping your pants belted at your waist with your top cut off there. Shows long legs. Nice scent. People like Dior Sauvage. Personally I use Mancera Cedrat Boise for dates or Burberry Weekend when casual. I don't always use fragrances.
Attention to detail maxxing:
Deliberately looksmaxxing to have forearms and hand veins pop. Take care of fingernails, and toenail fungus (treat it), it'll be a subconscious insecurity. Gyno. Just get the surgery (plastic surgeon with a 2 decade + track record. Also get a histology test done).
Taylor your gym routine so you go for the tall slim athletic look and don't fall for the bodybuilder meme. You all know my stance on AAS. Read my 2019 posts, I was always against them. You need to take care of your hormones.
Diet, Sleep and Exercise/Activity. Stay consistent. Remember NEAT. 10k steps per day minimum, every day. Track it with the steps app. 2+ days of 10k steps missed = FAIL. Sit yourself down and find a better way to stay consistent.
There's a lot I am forgetting. I love using MT2 in the summer and getting a really nice tan right when I am looksmaxxed to the gills. Always make sure you're mentally doing okay, if not. Don't continue to torture yourself. The process should be rewarding and fulfilling.
I have been interested in physical self improvement and all types of cosmetic related stuff for years. I have personal stories I never told anyone about or bragged about on here. I definitely peaked at one stage. 100+ matches on Tinder, lots more attention from girls, definitely felt like a Chad/Chadlite.
The thing is, you need inner confidence anyway. If you try to just max out your looks, and think you're going to think, live and experience life like George Clooney or Channing Tatum. It's just delusion. Compare yourself to yourself. But TRACK it beyond excuse. Photos, metrics, everything. No one else has to know about it. But it's what keeps you on track to progress and evolve. That's the part everyone misses in my opinion.
@Alexanderr made a thread on consistency in BOTB and I thought it was very good. People should give it a read.
Also there's no point in getting bogged down and buying crap supplements that don't yield any meaningful ROI. Start at the "ROI" and work backwards. Find the tools that aid you in getting there. Consistency is the only tool you can make variable. I spent years trying different teeth whitening powders, strips, gels etc until I found the #1. Same for haircare. Spent thousands of euro going through different hair oils and conditioners until I found what works. Your hair shape is one of the biggest needle movers when it comes to being physically attractive. So work on that relentlessly, and try out different styles until you are happy with a cool one.
Most importantly. Be positive and friendly towards people in life. Negativity never opens doors.
If you were to play the game of life like a pro, you wouldn't be negative.
not trying to be a dickhead but i dont get why people like @chadisbeingmade and @Jonasㅤㅤ⠀ act so negatively (at least from what i saw in my 3 months of being here). @chadisbeingmade do help and suggest people like me who are looking for the right answer. but i see that they act very toxic-like to other people on this forum, and why? i mean we need to help each other. disrepecting, humillating etc each other isnt gonna help neither of the sides.
sorry if you didnt understand anything, english is my second language.
