3. don't quit sports cuz ur a lazyphaggot. neglect school to make time for sports if u have to. if u arent retarded it'll work out either way
4. learn how apps work b4 u start using them. i got kicked from a viber gc once because i was too aspie to think of anything to say and didnt realise they could see i was reading every msg. another time i accidentally posted a random pic on my snapchat story. another time i accidentally sent a voice msg on skype because it lagged and froze on my phone like crazy (the mistake in this case - using that dogshit app at all)
5. literally just talk to girls. playing aloof only works if ur gl. otherwise u need to be talking to these foids. you can avoid embarassment just by being tastefully friendly without barking like a dog 4 them
6. same applies for guys too (at least for school/uni, cuz who cares about popularity after that). again, if you aren't gl enough that everyone wants you in their friend group, then you gotta put the effort in to maintain friendships. accept every invite you get before you stop getting them, keep in touch with people. if you stay content hanging out with the same 3 other autists and don't maintain your friendships with other people, you can find yourself friendless just like that. as a average normal-ugly, this can be the difference between moderately popular and a total untouchable.

8. find yourself good autistic hobbies to let off steam and occupy yourself when u have nothing else to do - but wholesome autistic like history or dorky video games and not angsty autistic like "blackpill"
