I eat clean asf, chicken/rice/pasta/veg
Calorie deficit obviously
Get steps in for cardio (don’t run just walk and on an incline if you can)
Do it slowly otherwise you’ll chip into muscle.
It’s a lot about mindset, this was this previous summer and i told myself i was going to be the leanest guy on the beach/nights out and i was. have a goal otherwise you’ll just give up.

gave myself about 2-3 months to do it probably. i could do it in a month but that would be dumb.

Upper abs starting to show, noticeable fat on the shoulder area. Love handles starting to disappear. Probably about 17.5%

How many calories a day were you eating?
Im around 15-16% body fat now eating 1900 calories day
i think i might need to lower them more because fat loss is kinda slow right now

probably around 1800-1900 honestly can’t remember but was eating the same shit every day

also how much were you able to overhead press in that pic? your shoulders look big
i stopped doing shoulder pressing earlier on as i felt satisfied with my front delt development and wanted to focus on my lagging muscles. and i never really focused too hard on strength for shoulder press anyway
