If you are 25+, there is no time for fixing your bite with braces for 1.5 years and then getting bimax which takes 6 months to finally see the result without swelling.
Every month or even week counts. You need to go for the agressive, risky and possibly unnatural way of getting implants.

Implants and fillers are your only option.
