Fuck Fillers.

Fat graft/fat stransfer. And facelife. Are the way to go. For having young llooking + lean face!

I use amino acids daily. to fight the degredation of the adiposites, that happen with aging,
I read some studies on it. And it's a big factor also, in aging skin looking. It's hard though, to keep the fatcells healthy with age.

they hard to find. The best ones, should resemble the makes up of the same composition of the amino acids inside the adioposites(fatcelss)

I use at this moment. The ordinairy, amino acids + b5 product.
I have in the past applied sunflower oil, and a combo of sunflower oil + flaxseed oil. home made. They worked better it seemed; but to much greasy face result.

Me, i am 38, but hope bimax, a wraparound jaw implant and mid-face implants will be enough to stretch my skin. Otherwise i will get facelift for sure...

Better invest that money into smashing 20 something yo escorts in your 40s/50s, has more benefit than getting facelift for 0.15 extra psl boost, which when it is at like 2.5 psl, the extra 0.15 doesnt even help.

Yep everything correct and I agree.

However, not every man and woman get saggy skin with age. I truly think it is possible to avoid it, there are many examples of older ppl with no sagging. Sure part of it depends on collagen and skin genetics, but Im convinced that with maintaining the right weight, diet and proper head + neck + tongue posture (flexing hyoid muscles all the time through proper mewing), it is possible to avoid sagging with age.

Mike mew doesnt have sagging for example. Matthew McConaughey doesnt have sagging too. There are many examples.

Sagging for the most part comes from being overweight when you go into 40s. Because of overweight, the facial skin is stretched more than it should be. Then with age facial fat starts to disappear under the facial skin. At higher age the skin doesnt bounce back and tighten up, like it does at younger age. This leads to sagging.

Other reasons for saging are having recessed or too short jaw and abysmal head + neck posture that looks like the typical nerd neck. Plus not exercising and not using facial muscles.

Ideally one should go into 40s with as lean face as possible and maintain the body weight religiously, never get too much bodyfat after 40s. I really thing it is possible to avoid sagging, provided one's jaw isnt recessed.
