3 - u already get plenty of 6 and probably 9 in a normal diet

is it not worth just taking 369 just in case? or levels that are too high of 6 and 9 r bad?
(my diet is very high in meats eggs mainly, and some fruit)

only take 3, just get the cheapest you can find the dosage of the capsules doesn't matter you can just take multiple.

6 is likely counterproductive to health.

how much of omega 3 should it be ideally?
 
6 is already very abundant in modern diets and 3 is not.
you want the ratio of 3 to 6 to be pretty close
modern diet has ratio of like
1 : 16 omega 3 to omega 6

a good ratio would be like
1 : 2 omega 3 to omega 6

nobody knows, the daily recommended amount is a bit over 1mg.

some studies, the more you take the lower your mortality it seems.

you can tolerate up to 5 grams of it daily but it's probably not wise to do so.
