So been going to the gym 3-4 times a week for on avg a hour and 30 minutes. And on a 1k calorie diet, to finish up the summer maybe get some ass. And its killing me so i decied going to 2k a day seems more realistic. Ive incorperated 15 minutes on the row machine so that will be my cardio, so i will lift for about a hour and 15 minutes, 5 minutes for push ups, planks and streching.
